1. Application

This may sound a little formal, but from here on these are the Terms of Use. These Terms apply to everything related to your use of Life Design Studio (the "Site"). By using the Site, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service

The Site is a simulator that provides general benchmark figures related to life planning. The content shown on the Site does not recommend any specific financial product, nor does it constitute individual financial, tax, or legal advice.

3. Accuracy of the Figures Shown

The amounts and projections shown on the Site are estimates only and do not guarantee your future assets, income, or expenses. They can vary considerably depending on tax systems, pension schemes, market conditions, and personal circumstances. Please make important decisions on your own judgment, taking into account advice from public institutions and qualified professionals.

4. Disclaimer

This is the usual boilerplate, but we'll state it just in case. The operator assumes no liability for any damages (whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from your use of the Site. The same applies in the event of any error in the Site's content.

5. Disclaimer Regarding Advertising

The Site may display third-party advertisements (such as Google AdSense). The operator makes no warranties and assumes no liability whatsoever regarding the content, quality, safety, legality, or other aspects of the products, services, or information provided by advertisers. Any transactions, contracts, or damages arising from clicking or viewing advertisements must be resolved between the user and the advertiser.

To maintain neutrality, the Site is configured to exclude advertisements in financial categories (banks, securities, FX, loans, crypto assets, investment products, insurance, and mortgage-related services) from delivery. For details, please see Privacy Policy §4.

6. Prohibited Conduct

This is simply a request: please do not do these things. In using the Site, the following acts are prohibited.

• Unauthorized access to the Site, or acts that place excessive load on it
• Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or redistribution of the Site's content (beyond the scope of personal use)
• Any other act that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals

7. Copyright

The copyright in the Site's content (text, design, code, etc.) belongs to the operator or to the respective rights holders. Quotation is permitted on the condition that the source is clearly stated.

8. Changes to or Suspension of the Service

The Site may change or suspend its content or features without notice. The operator assumes no liability for any disadvantage resulting from this.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be changed without notice. In the event of any material change, we will announce it on the Site.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court that has jurisdiction over the location of the operator. The Japanese version is the legally binding original.
